1. Scope of Services

EstateLegalWay offers professional real estate legal support services, digital guides, and physical document packages. The terms below apply to each category.

2. Legal Support Services

These services include contract drafting, title review, and closing assistance. Scheduling can be modified or transferred with at least 48 hours’ notice. If you cancel with 48 hours’ notice, you may be eligible for a full refund of fees already paid. For cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, we retain 50% of the fee to cover preparation time. Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days through your original payment channel. No refunds are available for services where an engagement letter specifies no refunds due to bespoke work completed upon booking.

3. Digital Guides and Courses

All digital guides and video courses may be refunded within 7 calendar days of access activation, provided less than 25% of the content has been accessed. Refund requests are processed within 7 calendar days. After this period or if more than 25% of content is accessed, no refunds are granted. You may transfer access to another person by contacting customer support.

4. Physical Document Packages

Orders for printed forms or document kits may be refunded within 5 calendar days if the package remains unopened. Opened or used packages do not qualify for a refund due to hygiene and security considerations. Refunds for eligible packages are processed within 10 calendar days via the original method of purchase.

5. How to Request a Refund or Transfer

To request a refund or to transfer a service, please email our team at customer support with your order details. All refund requests are subject to the rules above. Transfers are possible only for legal support services, subject to schedule availability.

6. Amendments

EstateLegalWay reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The current version in effect is dated 2025. Continued use of our offerings after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be handled by the appropriate authorities in Singapore.
